At the present time I am a programmer/analyst with Queen's University, Kingston, Canada. I have been doing freelance web design in my spare time for more than four years, and I enjoy the work immensely. However, my first love is database programming, with both Oracle and Lotus Notes/Domino. This is one of the reasons for my firm belief that it is necessary to give the client the skills to keep their web site up and running properly. The information on a web site should always be current so that the target audience will return to the site time and again, and it is preferable for the client to be able to do this themselves. While I will always be available for any assistance you may need, I prefer to create sites that satisfy your requirements in such a way that you will not need me again unless it is for a major change to your web site look and direction.
